having been raised ten percent as required by law, I have accordingly, reopened the

bid .  I will on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 26 AT 10:00 A.M.  at the

southwest door of the Courthouse in Henderson County. Lexington, Tennessee, sell

to the highest and best bidder for cash the following real estate known as the

Didymus and Martha Donnell property, Tax Map 35, Parcel 29.00.   The beginning

bid is $92,400.00.  THIS AUCTION IS FINAL!

TERMS:         This sale is for cash, 10 percent down the day of sale, and balance
due upon Order of Confirmation and delivery of deed.
