            Notice is herby given that the bid on the certain tract herein described,

having been raised ten percent as required by law, I have accordingly, reopened the

bid .  I will on SATURDAY, MARCH 6, 2010 AT 10:00 A.M.  at the

southwest door of the Courthouse in Henderson County. Lexington, Tennessee, sell

to the highest and best bidders for cash the following real estate known as the

Zelmer Wood and Bobbye Wood property, also known as the Steven L. Wood

Property, Tax Map 92, parcel 26.   The beginning bid is $57,200.  This auction is final.

TERMS:        This sale is for cash, 10 percent down the day of sale, and balance
due upon Order of Confirmation and delivery of deed.
